Voting will 100% by mail:

The 2025 SEIU Local 521 Executive Board election will be conducted 100% by mail-in ballots. Starting on Wednesday, January 8, an independent election contractor will mail SEIU 521 members in good standing a ballot, ballot instructions, and a return envelope.

MEETING THE VOTE DEADLINE:

All mail-in ballots must be received by the independent election contractor at the designated P.O. Box by 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 7, 2022. Return your ballot BEFORE February 4th, to ensure your vote is counted.

Didn’t receive a ballot?

If you do not receive a ballot package in the mail by January 15 or you have spoiled your ballot, and are in need of a replacement, you should call Unilect’s Duplicate Ballot Request Call Center at 1-866-466-6455. Operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the election period.

Do I need to add a Postage Stamp?

Your voting packet includes a return envelope with pre-paid postage therefore, you do not need to add postage. Simply fill out your ballot, place it in the ballot envelope, then add it to the pre-paid postage envelope and return it.
